About The Company
Creating Space for Transformation in your Personal and Professional Life
Understanding your purpose and developing a clear vision for your future requires constant attention. Transformation3 can help you address critical life-changing issues that impact your career, and your life, including:
Do you take time to regularly to assess your vision, making certain your strategies are designed to move you closer to your desired future in your personal life as well as your career?
Is your vision consistent with your life purpose?
Do you find yourself spending too much time seeking new strategies to resolve recurring problems, at the expense of expanding your vision and fulfilling your life purpose?
Most "strategic planning" efforts produce a static document, including a vague mission statement, broad vision, well intentioned strategies, and multiple goals, objectives, and tactics. But the vision is soon forgotten, and strategies are seldom discussed. The clutter and problems of daily life often demand your attention, resulting in the strategic plan being "shelved" as you focus on solving daily issues. Important is replaced with urgent; efficient displaces effective.
Our goal at Transformation3 is to help you to clarify your purpose, and define your vision; to help you understand the gap between your current reality, and your desired vision; to assist you in developing effective strategies for reaching your vision; to help you create space for transformation in your personal and professional life.
We invite you to contact us, and learn how Transformation3 can help you regain vitality and purpose in your work, your relationships, and your life.
Purpose
What does your worldview say about:
- Scarcity vs. Abundance
- Order vs. Chaos
- Connection vs. Disconnection in life
- Isolation vs. Community
- Active (Create) vs. Passive (React)
- Health vs. Disease
- Stress vs. Distress
- Randomness vs. Design
- Serving or Being Served
- Giving or Taking
What is true about these kinds of things has a significant impact on the vision you will have for your career, and your life. To try and create a vision that is at odds with what is be true about these kinds of things will result in frustration, meaninglessness, and choosing strategies that ultimately will not work.
In his book Principle Centered Leadership, Stephen Covey notes that, "Natural laws, based upon principles, operate regardless of our awareness of them or obedience to." A vision that ignores these natural principles will be a vision that holds within it the seeds of disappointment.
Clarity of purpose creates space for a crystal clear vision.
Vision
The reality you desire to create is your vision. Your vision must be aligned with your worldview or it will create a reality that becomes hollow and will not be sustained over time. A Powerful vision requires clarity and constant honing or it will have little impact on your life and career.

Questions:
- If you could practice/work/live any way you wanted to what would it look like?
- Who would you do it with? Why?
- How does your "current reality" differ from this vision?
- What is getting in the way of you reaching your vision?
- Would clarity about these things be helpful to you?
The more crystal clear your vision and how it differs from your current reality the more power and energy you will find in your strategies to move you from that current reality toward your vision.
Crystal clear vision opens the way for you to create and find dynamic strategies that will move you toward transformation.
Strategy
Clarity of purpose and a crystal clear vision rekindle desire and give you permission to dream and create strategies that emerge from your unique vision, talents, and relationships.
Someone else's solutions or strategies may or may not fit your unique vision. We have found that when you purpose is clear, your vision well honed, dynamic and unique to you, powerful strategies and solutions unique to you will emerge that will move you toward the vision you have crafted.
If we start with strategies before clarity of purpose and vision we are more likely to move toward frustration than transformation.
Questions?
- How finely tuned are your current strategies to your particular obstacles?
- Are your current strategies tailored to your vision or someone else’s? Are you sure?
- Are the critical people on your team clear about your purpose, your vision, and the have they bought into the strategies that will move you there?
- How will your purpose, vision, and strategies impact your team? Does that matter to them, to you? (Opps, that's a "purpose" question, would it matter to your personal and professional transformation?)
Do you need space to discover and clarify your purpose, vision and strategy (PVS)?
